- Develop, implement, feed, reconcile, and maintain valuable project control databases and reports for projects.
- Develop various cost estimates levels for various projects.
- Taking off quantities from drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
- Analyze project data and develop detailed cost estimates.
- Review and approve invoices and POs verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules.
- Produce forecasts schedules on regular basis.
- Conduct cost analysis, cost control and monitoring of the budget.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide guidance on cost management best practices.
- Perform any additional related tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering "Civil ".
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience (General Contracting is preferrable).
- Primavera is a must, Microsoft Office, Cad 2D and ERP systems are a plus.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills are required.
- Strong effective oral and written communication, inter-personal and organizational skills.
- Work effectively independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Has experience in specialized planning and scheduling software utilization.
