Design Architect

Bachelor’s degree in engineering " Civil/Architecture". 

Minimum of 1 -2 years of relevant working experience. 

Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs. 

Revit is a plus. 

Real Estate, Construction background is preferred. 

Experience in residential compounds is a must. 

Proven experience with technical drawings and details. 

Detail oriented. 

Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment. 

Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language. 

Ability to work and perform under pressure. 

Interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other team members. 

Organized, structured and professional, with a passion for excellence.

Assist in the design development phase from the schematic design to a 
complete Construction Documents.

Assist in the coordination between the architectural design and all other 
disciplines.

Assist in the preparation of sample boards.

Prepare and issue necessary shop drawings for all allocated tasks.

Follow up with clients in modifying their interior designs when needed.v
