Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field required.

Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience.

Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications.

Proximity to Sheikh Zayed city.

Responsibilities

Assist in the full recruitment cycle from sourcing, phone screening, scheduling, to evaluating candidates for a possible match.

Source candidates via online advertising on job and career sites or professional networking.

Onboarding of all newly hired employees.

Manage, maintain, and update the recruitment HRIS.

Oversee, and conduct administrative tasks related to recruitment.

Assist with the implementation and co-ordination of all HR policies and procedures. 

Update employees’ database (maintain changes in the data of employees, promotions, salary increase).

Assist in leave Management and employees benefits.

Engage with employees and answer questions regarding benefits.

Ensure HR Manager has all relevant staff/data information for payroll purposes.
