Bachelor's Degree in Construction / Civil Engineering/Architecture is preferred.
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in planning activities with leading construction companies.

Understand project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
Prepare baseline and revised schedules.
Prepare time schedules, update them, and report to all project parties.
Assist the project manager in preparing the projects budget.
Work with Project Executives to prepare preconstruction schedules.
Reconcile discrepancies from actual vs. planned progress and facilitate an action plan with the project team.
Observe existing processes, analyze staff performance, and address deficiencies accordingly
Produce and document the planning deliverables including programs, planning philosophy, presentations, and reports.
Monitor and track project progress and write up reports.
Analyze material purchase orders compared to budget as part of the review process for the monthly reports.
Prepare the Extension of Time (EOT) Claims.
Conduct cross functional meetings as required to ensure clear communication.
Ensure optimal use of the available resources in handling the project work.
Study project file to prepare the required analyses and breakdowns.
Attend site coordination meetings with consultant / subcontractors.
Interpret data, compile reports, and deliver presentations when required.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
Any other duties as and when required to meet the needs of the business.
