Handle daily traffic (walk-ins and phone calls) to the sales office.
Perform cold/warm calls to generate sales appointments, consult prospective clients and create new business leads and opportunities.
Follow-up leads provided by the sales team.
Accompany clients during visits to and inspections of the property, advise them on the suitability and value/features of the property.
Meet or exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Update the required reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual results reports.
Finalize and coordinate documentation such as representation agreements and closing statements.
Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities to the direct manager.
Track and record metrics throughout sales process.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Receive and handle escalated customer issues in a professional manner consistent with corporate standards and compliance; including data gathering, analysis and final decision.
Conduct monitoring to ensure sales and quality performance.
Participate and coordinate all sales events, exhibitions, property fairs or any other media advertising channels and events.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or any relevant field.
A minimum of 1 year experience ideally in property or real estate development.
Strong network of clients and brokers.
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
