Responsibilities

Perform cold/warmth calls to generate sales appointments, consult prospective clients and create new business leads and opportunities.

Follow-up leads provided by sales team.

Handle daily traffic (walk-ins and phone calls) to the sales office.

Achieve daily and weekly sales target set for calls, emails, and follow up.

Track and record metrics throughout the sales process.

Prepare, locate and compile information and documents.
-
Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities to the direct manager.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role – real estate experience is a must.

Excellent People management skills and ability to inspire others.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
-
Highly motivated and target driven.
-
Fluent English language.
-
Advanced PC skills, CRM experience is a plus.
