Property Consultant


  • Perform cold/warmth calls to generate sales appointments, consult prospective clients and create new business leads and opportunities.
  • Follow-up leads provided by sales team.
  • Handle daily traffic (walk-ins and phone calls) to the sales office.
  • Achieve daily and weekly sales target set for calls, emails, and follow up.
  • Track and record metrics throughout the sales process.
  • Prepare, locate and compile information and documents.
  • Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests and competitive activities to the direct manager.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role – real estate experience is a must.
  • Excellent People management skills and ability to inspire others.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Fluent English language.
  • Advanced PC skills, CRM experience is a plus.
